Responsible for serving visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately; notifies company personnel of visitor arrival; answers telephone calls and routes them to appropriate parties.

Greets visitors courteously, determines reason for visit and directs them to the appropriate personnel
Maintains security by following procedures; monitoring logbook; issuing visitor badges as appropriate
Maintains and updates phone listing
Orders office supplies as needed and handles delivery of equipment, etc.
Maintains safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations
Maintains a professional image and adheres to standards consistent with company policies and procedures
May participate in small ad-hoc assignments/projects in support of other areas
Other duties as assigned or required
Branch specific Receptionists may also:
Assist branch personnel with obtaining various loan documents and requesting additional loan information
May receive, sort and distribute incoming mail; may send outgoing mail by appropriate method
Maintains non-confidential employee information for branch employees.
Maintains filing system for reports and other documents as requested
High School diploma or equivalent
Minimum 1 year related experience
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Demonstrated ability to interact effectively with various levels within the organization
Ability to demonstrate detail orientation and analytical skills
Ability to meet deadlines
Excellent PC skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
Strong customer service orientation
Displays time management, organizational and problem-solving skills
