  • Job Summary

    • Under the direction of the Regional Manager, performs a variety of administrative and staff support duties for production and operations management, requiring a range of skills and knowledge of organizational policies and procedures and recordkeeping
    • Assists Regional Manger and Regional Operations Manager in resolving and responding to administrative issues and inquiries

    Essential Functions

    • Reviews monthly branch profit and loss statements for accuracy and seeks to resolve any discrepancies by gathering data and engaging appropriate accounting and branch personnel to resolve.
    • Assists and supports various recognition programs to reward top originators
    • Compiles and distributes daily, weekly, or monthly operational reports, announcements and updates
    • Creates and distributes regular communications notifying applicable branch staff of new marketing materials and webinars
    • Supports branch management with bringing on new hires, training, marketing, equipment
    • Supports and responds to questions pertaining to loan origination system
    • Assist with the on-boarding of new branches serving as liaison with multiple departments as needed
    • Tracks and follows up with branch management regarding upper-performing Loan Originators
    • Assesses development and training needs and assure programs are in place to develop and motivate the team
    • Generates media center reports and distribute to branch management and accounting within specified deadlines
    • Generates average pricing reports every week and alert branch management of any trends in underage and changes in product mix
    • Conducts branch visits if needed for training or assisting branch management
    • Assists in special projects as assigned

    Job Requirements

    • High school diploma or equivalent; with 2-3 years experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified
    • Ability to make administrative/procedural decisions and judgments with minimal direction
    • Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, to include creating, composing and editing written materials
    • Ability to maintain calendars and schedule appointments
    • Ability to gather data, compile information and prepare reports, using Microsoft Word, Power Point, Excel, or other software packages as directed by the manager
