    PrimeLending is currently seeking a Regional Production Recruiter to work under the direction of the Manager, Sales Recruiting.  The qualified candidate will work with Branch and Regional Management to identify staffing needs and to recruit and hire qualified candidates for available production positions.

    Essential Functions

    • Responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to recruit and hire qualified production staff nationwide.  Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting.
    • Conducts regular follow-up with Managers/Regionals to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation.      
    • Communicates with managers and employees regularly to establish rapport, gauge morale and source new candidate leads.
    • Performs searches for qualified candidates according to relevant job criteria. Interviews production applicants and gathers pertinent information to determine best qualified candidates for the Company; refers such applicants to the appropriate Manager.
    • Provides candidates with information on the company, its policies, benefits and available opportunities.
    • Maintains close contact with outside affiliates in an effort to keep PrimeLending on the top of their list for referrals.
    • Represents PrimeLending at various functions in an effort to effectively market the Company.
    • Builds and maintains a data base of mortgage personnel, title companies, appraisers, competitors, etc. to enhance applicant pool.
    • Maintains a professional image and adheres to standards consistent with company policies and procedures.
    • Other duties as assigned

    Job Requirements

    • Bachelors Degree in related field, preferred.
    • Thorough knowledge of equal employment opportunity laws, ADA, and other compliance regulations that affect job recruitment.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.Ability to meet deadlines.
    • Adapt quickly to a rapidly changing environment.
    • Exhibit excellent PC skills, including word processing and spreadsheets.
    • Demonstrate excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
    • Display excellent time management, organizational and problem-solving skills.
    • Demonstrated ability to interact effectively with branch, regional and corporate personnel.
    • Demonstrated judgment and decision making ability.
    • Must have valid driver’s license and automobile liability insurance.
