Job Summary

If you are looking to work in an Agile work environment that offers Service Beyond Expectations, this role could be for you.  Here at PrimeLending, our culture is built around one simple belief – investing in our talented, dedicated employees.  We are seeking a ServiceNow Developer/Administrator.  The primary responsibility of this role, is to provide day-to-day administration, configuration, and ongoing maintenance of the ServiceNow platform. This will include supporting processes like Call, Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB, Asset, Service Catalog, Knowledge, Service Portal, Performance Analytics and other service modules.  

Essential Functions

  • Performs day to day administration of the ServiceNow system, including making approved changes to process and work flows
  • Perform ServiceNow implementation tasks including but not limited to: configuration, integration, testing, requirements gathering and solution design
  • Create and configure Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions and ACLs including advanced scripting of each
  • Develop clear and concise technical and process documentation, making use of the knowledgebase module within ServiceNow
  • Work with business users to identify facilitate, and refine business requirements and workflow to enhance the ServiceNow application including automation or additional self-service features.
  • Create ServiceNow reports and dashboards
  • Support the design of ServiceNow integrations and work with ServiceNow, business partners and technical teams for implementation.
  • Stays abreast of new features and functionality, playing a key role in driving continual improvement.
  • Other functions as needed.

Job Requirements

  • High School Diploma required, Bachelor’s degree in Technology or equivalent education and experience preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years of ServiceNow development, configuration and administration experience
  • Strong working knowledge of ServiceNow components such as Service Catalog, Change/Incident/Problem Mgmt, Asset Mgmt, CMDB, Knowledge, and Performance Analytics
  • Ability to develop custom applications in ServiceNow
  • Experience in mortgage industry preferred
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Ability to wear multiple hats such a: Business Analyst, Project Analyst, Admin/Developer, and tester
  • Ability to analyze and solve problems in an efficient way.
  • Solid interpersonal skills, including collaboration, communication, relationship building, and negotiation
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Able to function effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Demonstrates ability to interact effectively with various levels within the organization
  • Demonstrated judgment and decision making ability
  • Displays excellent time management skills, organizational agility and attention to detail.
  • Excellent PC skills, MS Office suite products, with an emphasis on Excel and Word
