Job Summary

Under the direction of the Marketing Program Manager plans and coordinates the day-to-day administrative and operational activities of online marketing program/platforms of PrimeLending and its venture partners. Duties typically include planning and administration, program enhancement testing, collateral setup and testing, administrative liaison, program marketing and communication and reporting.

Essential Functions

  • Provides administrative support in the development, implementation and marketing of program.
  • Serves as a secondary liaison between loan officers, staff, other departments, and/or vendor on day-to-day basis for programmatic, operational, and administrative issues; facilitates training, meetings, special projects, and problem resolution.
  • Coordinates activities of vendor, consultants and internal team members engaged in implementation and administration of program activities.
  • Monitors program expenses and invoices; may develop or participate in the development of scope of work documentation, business requirements documentation and proposals for the program.
  • Writes, edits, and coordinates development of site banners, program promotional materials, educational materials, training manuals, newsletters, and/or brochures, as appropriate to the program.
  • Assists program manager in collecting and analyzing data; preparing reports and maintaining records.
  • Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.


Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, ideally in marketing, communications or business administration.
  • Technical knowledge such as experience with basic HTML and web/ecommerce best practices, APIs, and database administration.
  • Knowledge of marketing, advertising, creative design practices.
  • Desire to learn and take the initiative on new projects.
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate efforts to deliver results.
  • Proven track record of managing a variety of projects and timelines; ability to deliver results on time and within budget.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and time management skills required.
  • Highly organized & adaptable with a strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent PC skills, including word processing and spreadsheets. Ability to learn additional programs as required.
  • Demonstrated ability to interact effectively with sales, sales management & department staff.
  • Demonstrated judgment and decision making ability.
