Provide effective and strategic consultation to senior management on organizational issues
Effectively build relationships with leaders in the organization and develop a thorough understanding of the organization’s goals, structure and culture.
Utilize an in-depth knowledge of HR disciplines and collaborate with HR departmental subject matter experts such as Compensation, Recruiting, Training, etc. to provide effective and innovative solutions to business needs
Proactively participate in the development and execution of talent management activities
Work with senior leaders to proactively address performance issues and/or address employee relations issues
Acts as the lead on development and deployment of key annual, centralized HR related processes, programs and initiatives such as annual performance reviews, talent review, etc.
Respond to policy/practice questions interpreting and advising on correct action or procedure
Develop, support and provide guidance on culture initiatives to maintain and celebrate the PrimeLending culture through the organization
Provide direction and support to leadership for organizational changes, including joint ventures, reengineering, acquisitions, new office openings, etc.
