Job Summary

 

This position is responsible for ensuring all documentation submitted and disseminated through the Closing department is in compliance with all company, regulatory and/or other guidelines.

Essential Functions

  • May be a first point of contact for incoming calls regarding closing related documents/issues and acts as the liaison between the department and Branch employees
  • Responds to internal contacts and/or customers via call or email within established timelines
  • Assists with funding overflow and may support and partner with team members in other roles as needed to accomplish required tasks
  • May perform final preparations of documents and disclosures in accordance with state, investor and company guidelines
  • May review reports for errors/discrepancies
  • Other duties as assigned or required

 

Job Requirements

 

  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum 1 year administrative, banking or other relevant experience
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Demonstrated ability to interact effectively with various levels within the organization
  • Ability to demonstrate excellent detail orientation, critical thinking and analytical skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines
  • Demonstrated judgment and decision making ability
  • Displays excellent time management, organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Excellent PC skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
