PrimeLending is seeking an experienced, results-driven, Digital Marketing Manager with a proven track record. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, the Digital Marketing Manager will oversee the digital marketing strategy for the company, including corporate web properties, branch and loan officer websites and paid digital campaigns. The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for the management of all digital platforms and service providers, ensuring the success of PrimeLending’s business growth objectives and customer experience goals. In this role, you’ll combine your knowledge of the web and digital marketing with your business acumen to bring greater brand awareness, increase lead generation, and increase customer engagement. The candidate will collaborate with other members of the Marketing team as well as cross-functional teams around the organization. The Digital Marketing Manager will have management responsibilities for the in-house digital team as well as the responsibility of managing third-party vendors and freelancers.



Essential Functions

    • Manage any digital marketing campaigns across paid social media, display advertising, retargeting, affiliates, and search engines for corporate initiatives and consult on regional campaigns
    • Strategically plan, test, implement, and optimize online marketing initiatives
    • Plan and launch A/B tests for site and email optimization including landing page optimization, ad copy, creative, and lead gen
    • Manage any digital marketing third-party vendor relationships and provide training to the team on interaction with vendors
    • Manage development team for corporate and loan officer websites and landing pages as well as recommend changes to the website architecture and design, content, linking, and other factors to improve SEO positions, overall visibility and conversion
    • Utilize a range of techniques including SEM, paid search, PPC, and SEO
    • Monitor SEO/SEM, marketing and sales performance metrics to forecast trends
    • Responsibility for planning and budgetary control of all digital marketing
    • Keep up-to-date with our audience’s preferences and proactively suggest new campaigns
    • Devise strategies to drive online traffic to the company website
    • Track conversion rates and making improvements to the website
    • Analyze web traffic metrics and suggest solutions to boost web presence
    • Managing the evolution and design enhancements of the company website
    • Improve the usability, design, content and conversion of the company website
    • Review latest technologies to keep PrimeLending at the forefront of developments in digital marketing
    • Establish best practices in digital marketing and monitor ROI and KPIs
    • Establish and maintain scalable processes that ensure best practices in campaign and lead management
    • Create and maintain metrics reports on marketing and sales activities, effectiveness, and business impact.
    • Analyze marketing and sales data to develop insights and make recommendations on areas for optimization
    • Monitor and maintain data quality within the marketing database
    •  Evaluate latest technologies and add-on applications to improve and optimize marketing team performance

Job Requirements

    • Proven work experience as a Digital marketing strategist or Digital marketing manager
    • Demonstrable experience with SEO/SEM strategies
    • Demonstrable experience with Salesforce, Sales Cloud and/or other marketing automation programs  
    • Has experience supporting a distributed model/sales team
    • First-hand knowledge and experience with maintaining and enhancing online reputation
    • Experience with ABM digital marketing tools and techniques
    • Experience implementing and optimizing Google AdWords campaigns
    • Solid knowledge of web analytics tools like Google Analytics
    • Hands on experience with online marketing tools and practices
    • Familiarity with web design and HTML
    • Previous financial services experienced preferred
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Strong analytical and project management skills
    • BS degree in Marketing, Advertising or relevant field
    • Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy and best practice
