    We are currently seeking a Regional Product Recruiter.  This position is responsible for working with Branch and Regional leadership to source, recruit and hire qualified candidates for available mortgage origination positions. 

    Essential Functions

    • Develops and implements strategies to source, recruit and hire qualified production staff in assigned geography; research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting
    • Conduct regular communication with production leadership to develop and implement on regional and branch recruiting plans
    • Partners with managers and employees to identify and source new candidate leads
    • Performs searches for qualified candidates according to relevant job criteria
    • Interviews applicants and gathers pertinent information to determine best qualified candidates for the Company; refers qualified applicants to the appropriate Manager
    • Provides candidates with information on the company, our culture, and other relevant production related information including pricing, products, processes, etc.           
    • Partners with hiring managers to recruit and close production candidates, leverages multiple technology tools and techniques to recruit candidates including CRM, marketing drip campaigns, LinkedIn, text, video and voice messaging as well as coaching hiring managers on recruiting, sourcing and screening techniques
    • Represents the organization at various functions in an effort to effectively market the Company
    • Builds and maintains a data base of candidates, title companies, appraisers, competitors, etc. to enhance applicant pool
    • Maintains a professional image and adheres to standards consistent with company policies and procedures
    • Other duties as assigned or required

    Job Requirements

    • High School diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor’s Degree is related field preferred
    • Minimum 3 years recruitment experience, mortgage related experience required
    • Thorough knowledge of equal employment opportunity laws, ADA and other compliance regulations affecting recruitment
    • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
    • Demonstrated ability to interact effectively with various levels within the organization
    • Excellent detail orientation and analytical skills
    • Ability to meet deadlines and adapt quickly to a rapidly changing environment
    • Excellent PC skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
    • Demonstrated judgment and decision making ability
    • Strong customer service orientation
    • Displays time management, organizational and problem-solving skills
