    • We are seeking an experienced (7 years minimum) Vice President- Regional Marketing Manager to be responsible for developing and administering a comprehensive marketing program in support of a nationally distributed sales force, including the development, enhancement and maintenance of a proprietary marketing system
    • Plan and manage the current and future marketing, advertising and promotional needs of the field as well as providing leadership for a team of marketing professionals

    Essential Functions

    • Provide leadership through delegation and management of marketing professionals
    • Identify and align third-party vendors and internal resources to support key initiatives; manage regional support vendor relationships
    • Create strategies and implement tactics in support of current and new field marketing initiatives
    • Manage project plans, timelines, production schedules and budgets
    • Partner with product development to identify marketing and advertising opportunities; point of contact for new, revised and eliminated products/programs
    • Manage and ensure timely result delivery for the team; work closely with creative services, legal, compliance and other key stakeholders
    • Develop a suite of departmental usage reports for marketing programs
    • Plan staffing levels; with management and human resources to recruit, interview, select, hire and employ an appropriate number of employees
    • Provide oversight and direction in the operating unit(s) in accordance with the organization’s policies and procedures; delegate responsibilities appropriately expecting accountability
    • Coach, mentor and develop staff, including overseeing new employee onboarding and providing career development planning and opportunities
    • Lead employees to meet organization’s expectations for productivity, quality and goal accomplishment
    • Provide effective performance feedback
    • Manage the overall operational, budgetary, and financial responsibilities and activities of the department
    • Plan and allocate resources to effectively staff and accomplish the work to meet departmental productivity and quality goals
    • Make business decisions that are financially responsible, accountable, justifiable, and defensible in accordance with organization policies and procedures
    • Review performance data to monitor and measure departmental productivity, goal achievement, and overall effectiveness
    • Maintain communication with internal and external contacts (including senior leadership levels) as necessary to ensure expectations and timelines are met

    Job Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in marketing, communications or business administration
    • Minimum 7 years experience in planning and executing marketing and advertising efforts
    • 2 years supervisory experience required
    • Previous mortgage and sales support experience required
    • Strong working knowledge of marketing, advertising, creative design and electronic and print production
    • Proven track record of managing a variety of projects and timelines; ability to delivery results on time and within budget.
    • Ability to monitor, track and analyze performance, and take action in support of business plans and company goals
    • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
    • Ability to organize and prioritize work and meet deadlines
    • Adapt quickly to a rapidly changing environment
    • Excellent PC skills, including Microsoft Office suite
    • Demonstrate excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
    • Display excellent time management, organizational and problem-solving skills
    • Excellent inter-personal, conflict management skills and the ability to handle delicate situations with diplomacy and tact
    • Demonstrated judgment, and decision making ability with the ability to negotiate and influence decision making
