    We are looking for a passionate Systems Security Administrator/ CyberArk Admin.  This position will be responsible for the effective installation, configuration, operation, and maintenance of system software and hardware, ensuring that related procedures adhere to company’s organizational values. Additionally, incumbents in this role participate in technical research and development to enable continuing innovation within the company’s infrastructure.

    Essential Functions

    • Plan, manage, and monitor the CyberArk presence for the enterprise
    • Review and maintain Active Directory, focusing primarily on password and account management
    • Maintain operational, configuration, or other procedures
    • Provide Tier III/other support per request from various business units; investigate and troubleshoot issues
    • Assist with administration of VMware ESX 6.5 environment
    • Monitor and resolve datacenter system backups
    • Test and deploy logon scripts for various applications with the use of appropriate tools
    • Maintain and support all mortgage-specific applications, or others as needed throughout the company
    • Upgrade system by conferring with vendors and services; develop, test, evaluate, and install enhancements and new software
    • Respond to varying monitoring alerts of branch servers; partner with the appropriate branch management to assess their needs for storage and other on-site server-related issues
    • Perform system related searches as requested by appropriate internal investigative department, partnering with other Technology groups as necessary
    • Research and recommend innovative and (where possible) automated approaches for system administration tasks; identify approaches that leverage our resources and provide economies of scale
    • Verify the integrity and availability of hardware, server resources, system, and key processes; review system and application logs
    • Maintain system performance by performing system monitoring and analysis and performance tuning; troubleshoot system hardware, software, and operating and system management systems
    • Manage projects in accordance with established budgets and schedules
    • Other duties as assigned or required

     

    Job Requirements

    • High School Diploma required, Bachelor’s preferred
    • Minimum 5 years security engineering or related experience, special focus on installing, building, and maintaining the CyberArk application
    • Solid knowledge in latest and relevant system platforms and administration
    • Ability to deploy solutions in large scale environments
    • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
    • Demonstrated ability to interact effectively with various levels within the organization
    • Ability to demonstrate excellent detail orientation, critical thinking and analytical skills
    • Demonstrated judgment and decision-making ability
    • Displays excellent time management, organizational and problem-solving skills
    • Strong customer service orientation
    • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
