  • Job Summary

    • Responsible for various administrative coordination activities for the department including staff and project support, document imaging, processing and distributing mail

    Essential Functions

    • Review incoming mail to determine area of responsibility and deliver accordingly
    • Ensures documents are sorted and prepared with the necessary components and are then scanned into the imaging system of record
    • Respond to email requests from assigned group mailbox in timely and accurate manner
    • Maintain spreadsheets or system records capturing appropriate tracking, notations or completion status information
    • May be the point of contact for assigned area(s) such as: re-verification letters and or requests; FHA / VA Coordinator
    • May coordinate or assist in the coordination of department specific projects, schedules, meetings, etc.
    • Perform data collection, analysis and reporting to Manager for decision making purposes
    • Maintain communication with internal and external contacts; escalate any issues as appropriate
    • Other functions as needed

    Job Requirements

    • High School diploma or equivalent
    • 3 years administrative experience
    • Basic knowledge of mortgage industry preferred
    • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
    • Ability to demonstrate strong detail orientation and analytical skills
    • Ability to meet deadlines
    • Excellent PC skills, including Microsoft Office suite
    • Strong customer service orientation
    • Displays time management, organizational and problem-solving skills
