- Responsible for managing draw disbursements for construction and renovation loans.
Works in the company’s system, PrimePath and the disbursement system, TCL
Effectively communicate with borrowers and builders/contractors
Orders progress/final inspections and title date-downs to confirm compliance to disburse the required funds to builders/contractors
Computes the required funds to be disbursed to builders/contractors
Obtain and review proper draw documents for draw disbursements
Run daily and weekly reporting to manage pipeline
Follow-up with borrowers and builders/contractors during construction/renovation to ensure completion by deadline
Processes late penalty fees for projects that are past completion deadline
Works closely with management on the projects that are past completion deadline
Completes close-out procedures for construction and renovation projects
Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required.
1-2 years of draw disbursement and/or mortgage banking experience
Ability to interact with regional, and corporate departments, as well as realtors, sales agents, underwriting, processing, closing, builders/contractors, homeowners, 3rd party vendors, servicing, post-closing, accounting, etc.
Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
Ability to multi task
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Demonstrates excellent analytical skills
Excellent PC skills, including Microsoft Office suite
Displays excellent time management, organizational and problem-solving skills
Must be organized and detail-oriented and possess ability to prioritize work load based on loan volume.
Must be proficient in required origination technology and use of other office equipment
Must maintain confidentiality of borrower and/or company information
