  • Job Summary

    • Responsible for performing a variety of tasks in support of customer service activities; primarily responsible for answering incoming customer calls, utilizing company policies to solve customer issues and directing calls to the managerial team when necessary
    • Additional responsibilities include performing analysis and research as necessary

    Essential Functions

    • Responding to and answering large volume of inbound calls in a timely manner
    • Responding efficiently and accurately to callers, explaining possible solutions, and ensuring that clients feel supported and valued, encouraging customer retention
    • Documenting the solution in the current system of record
    • Acting as first point of contact for the department with other groups/departments for multiple topics
    • Research customer complaints, correspond with appropriate contact(s) to determine course of action necessary
    • Other functions as needed

    Job Requirements

    • High School diploma required
    • Minimum 3 years of experience loan servicing or equivalent call center experience in a related field
    • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
    • Demonstrated ability to interact effectively with various levels within the organization
    • Ability to multi-task
    • Ability to demonstrate detail orientation and strong analytical skills
    • Ability to meet deadlines
    • Excellent PC skills, including Microsoft Office suite
    • Strong customer service orientation
    • Displays time management, organizational and problem-solving skills
